Friday

Friday you came, you went, I survived. Here it is Christmas Eve and I was totally interrupted by Christmas...travel, shopping, and all the great stuff that goes into Christmas. I wouldn't trade this season for anything. Although we have much fun, lots of laughs, tons of food, and family bonding, nothing compares to the reason for the season...Jesus! while all these things are good, let's keep Jesus our focus!
I will return on Friday to start the conversation concerning sexual harassment !

Friday Eve

wow! This was quick, it was just Thursday a couple of days ago! I'm feeling so much better than last week when I was hit with crazy cold symptoms which turned out to be respiratory issues. I'm being treated so I'll be feeling great again!
Tomorrow when I welcome my sweet friend Friday, I want to introduce a little conversation about our current climate. Sexual harassment, molestation, and the likes!

I really hate for you to come and find me not feeling well! This is not how I envisioned the start of this weeekend! I wanted fun but had only coughing and sneezing to give you!

Yes, it's here already and I'm not! Due to excessive coughing and sneezing , I have not been feeling very well although I'm committed to writing this blog anyway! Hopefully tomorrow brings with it some light to my otherwise dreary week!

FRIDAY

There's a scent in the air and it has just the faintest hint of Saturday, but an overwhelming Friday aroma! OOPS! There it is! Greeting me early this morning was my friend Friday, in all its glory, whispering sweet sounds in my ear...shhhh! I can barely make it out, sounds like "weekend".
Smells like weekend! Ahhhh! So good!
I'm so excited about this weekend, first we're attending a special birthday gathering for brunch taking my sweet daughters to our annual Christmas parade that we have not attended for several years so it should be a real treat!
Hope your weekend is as good as mine!

Twas the night before Friday and all through my brain, sweet thoughts of what the next day might bring.

So ready for Friday to mark the end of a week well worked! I think I can take a break from all the rush the week brings with it.

As excited as I was on Friday, I was not able to post on time. Technical difficulties caused a day delay, but I never forgot about you, just wasn't able to share! Turns out it was a very good and eventful day.
It started with the usual, then graduated to the unusual..
My daughter was approached by a loose dog which should've been on a leash causing her to run late for an appointment, then wifi and phone malfunctions off and on all day! YIKES!
So forgive me dear Friday, neglect was not on my list of things to do! Treating you like an after thought was not my intention. You know how happy I am for you to show up!
