Friday Eve

It is in the air, I can just sniff the wonderfullness called Friday! Yes, it's almost here and I'm ready...can't rush the sweetness though.
Plans to be made, free time to be spent with my old friend, getting in gear for the weekend!

Friday Eve was Thanksgiving Day and I was getting my fill of deliciousness at a friend's lovely home. Everything was comfy and felt cozy...so much to be thankful for.
Now Friday has arrived in all its glory ready to take my breath away with some fun ideas...no Black Friday for me, today is super Friday and great to be at home with family, after all it's holiday time and I want to spend it wisely.

Welcome, welcome dear friend! Eve came yesterday and laid out the welcome mat just for you and I'm extremely ready to hang out with you today. You make every week special to me in so many ways!


As much as I love you, your visits are too short. I depend on you to help make the weekend last a little longer. But you're always in such a hurry. Is Saturday threatening you or pushing you out of the way? I do understand if that is true, after all Saturday seems to be in a bigger rush than you lately!
Hopefully soon we'll work out an agreement that fits my needs!


There's much work to be done this Saturday, so I need your help to fuel me. Don't tire me out. Let's enjoy the moment!

Hello Eve,
Again, you are taking me to meet my dear friend Friday! As usual, I'm waiting with expectancy for the door to open and see Friday come strolling in, full of life and ready to lead me into a fabulously planned weekend. A jewelry party is being hosted by my daughter and I and as a rule, we make it fun and memorable...Can't wait!

FRIDAY...Again

Hello old friend,
We meet again, same place, maybe a different time, but it just gets better and better. I long for you during the week as life with its many distractions and issues, including my own, take up my valuable time. But when I see you, my perspective changes into one of hope and joy, even though your visit is short lived, I relish the time spent with you.
 As we quietly move into Saturday, I wave goodbye to you, and at that point it's very clear to me that you will not grace my presence for yet another entire week. Instead of sadness, I think of how precious it will be when you come again.
 However much time we have together, let us use it wisely, for these moments will never come again.

Its definitely close ....I can feel it, it's a Friday coming on strong! My lips are quivering and curling up , cheeks are feeling a bit cheeky, The smiles are working their way to the fore front...Yes! This is what Friday Eve is all about, preparing me for my sweet Friday.

FRIDAY____You came!

Well Hello Friday!
I couldn't be more pleased that you showed up and brought with you much hope of a very promising weekend filled with opportunity and results.
I'm claiming this weekend to be the best one I've ever had, lots to do and much to learn about my new business and makeup classes that are about to start. God is making so many things possible to me that I thought impossible before. All I have to do is step into it and see it happen.
So Friday, my dear friend, you are so much a part of my success, giving me a burst of energy that no other day can give. Is it due in part that I don't have to dress for work or rise at the break of dawn to dress my daughter to go to school? I have a choice whether to rise early or sleep in late. Successful people usually rise early, however, having the choice is the key for me!

Here we are again, that sweet sound starting to ring in my ears, the  sound of Friday and the all so wonderful weekend! Friday Eve is again leading me into my time with you my sweet friend.
So many exciting events await me including my writing group that meets in the morning and even though I have to work, I look forward to seeing you and what's in store.
