End of the weekend

Weekend, what must I do to get you to stay longer? Beg, plead, sell my birthright? Just kidding!
I love the weekend so much that it really is hard for me to say "goodbye"to the one thing I look forward to week after week..."The weekend".It certainly has a ring to it and it makes my heart glad.
Oh well, it's over so I must get over it and crank it up a notch, make this the best week ever. I love knowing I've done well during the week so I can celebrate the weekend, energize and start over, gaining momentum all the time. I get better everyday so NO LIMITS!
OK week, let's have it... I'm ready. After all, I'm such a favor-magnet...everything always works out for me.
I'll be back!!!

FRIDAY

Oh Boy, it's Friday once more, can't believe how fast time flies. It was just Friday a week ago. Anyhow, let's get excited about what God has in store for us. I know I've got plenty to do,some exciting ...some not so much.
On the top of my list tomorrow is a book signing by a famous local author and motivational speaker, Leah Taylor. She's written the soon to be best seller "The Death of the Tip" available from her website www.thedeathofthetip.com or Barnes and Noble, take your pick. Support the locals! YAY!
After getting myself all educated by Ms Taylor, I may take in a movie and do some much needed shopping. The "not so much stuff" would be cleaning my closet in my bedroom and getting rid of a paper trail I've created with so many UNWANTED, UNNECESSARY, UNINVITED bills. Do they think if they send me several statements, they'll get money faster. I'm thinking of asking them to take that postage and stationery money and apply that to my bills. Surely it would lessen my balance.
I'm believing in total "debt cancellation", and lots of dead presidents marching into my checking account to make my life comfy.
Way to go weekend...I love you so. This time around,  please stay for more than 2 days so we may become better acquainted. I really want to know you better.
Until later...

Tip for Women

Full View
Hey! Girls, Women, Females
..

 Hey! Girls, Women,Females
What's wrong with us girls giving all our goodies away before marriage?
It sure feels good and so what if that relationship doesn't work and you have to give the goodies away again and again? It will probably feel good again and again, at least for a fleeting moment, then the guilt comes, the hurt won't move in another direction...it only has eyes for you. I can tell you what's wrong with "goody giving" before marriage and commitment, God in His infinite wisdom didn't create us to do it that way and that is it, period. So, doing it any other way than the way He intended is the wrong way. It's not about feeling good, it's about obedience and relationship.
The next time the situation gets hot and heavy and you have no knot to tie, think about the consequence...that old devil consequence. Find the nearest extinguisher and Put That Fire Out!

Today

Today I woke up feeling much anxiety, not knowing where it's stemming from but I do know where it's going and that is "away from me". I know my help comes from the Lord who made heaven and earth and He won't allow anything to disrupt my good life He's given me. I just have to pull on my confidence cord and ring for service.
So many things we encounter that hinder our health are actually preventable if we take better care of the temple God gave us, starting with eating better and  making better choices. Yeah! you got it, I'm speaking to me and possibly to you if you're not feeling your very best right now. Let's start a campaign for perfect health. If we believe the word of God concerning our health and well-being, then we can live a life others only dream of living. Starting today, my mantra is "living life on the edge of perfection", what's yours?

Friday

It's Friday ,yes it is and once more it marks the end of a week well-worked.Along with life's many changes, I'm still learning grace and acceptance of the challenges that walk hand in hand with living here on this earth. There are certainly times of battle fatigue and feelings of hopelessness that enter in but God equips us to do what we thought was impossible and navigates us through tough times we thought we'd never make it through. "Through" is a the key word. We have to have the confidence in Him that He can put us safely on the other side.

I'm thrilled to know that tough times DO NOT last, they just get in my way temporarily.
Push hard, pray harder, love more than ever, and I'll be see you later.
ENJOY YOUR WEEKEND!

Divorce

This definition of divorce was found on Wikipedia:
Divorce (or the dissolution of marriage) is the final termination of a marital union, canceling the legal duties and responsibilities of marriage and dissolving the bonds of matrimony between the parties. In most countries divorce requires the sanction of a court or other authority in a legal process. But we know as Christians it digs much deeper, down to the recesses of our being, possibly further so what do we do? I will be delving into it in the next few weeks or as I feel led.
I pulled this next bit of info from "Got ?'s.org and found it interesting. Here tis:
It is distressing that the divorce rate among professing Christians is nearly as high as that of the unbelieving world. The Bible makes it abundantly clear that God hates divorce (Malachi 2:16) and that reconciliation and forgiveness should be the marks of a believer’s life (Luke 11:4; Ephesians 4:32). However, God recognizes that divorce will occur, even among His children. A divorced and/or remarried believer should not feel any less loved by God, even if the divorce and/or remarriage is not covered under the possible exception clause of Matthew 19:9. God often uses even the sinful disobedience of Christians to accomplish great good.

Friday

Hello world,
It is Friday for sure today so let's get it started and keep it moving. I am feeling exhilarated somewhat today, as I often do when Friday finally rolls around and says Hello to me. I feel like a new person, ready for anything, especially the weekend...busy as it may be, I still look forward to my "me" time if you can call making up 8 faces for a wedding "me" time. Hey, I need the money and I thoroughly enjoy making women beautiful...naturally.
My main thought right now is "when will it be 4:30pm so I can get my weekend on. Maybe I'll take my daughter to dinner tonight at her favorite hotspot " Red Lobster". Oowee!!
Well until later, Farewell or should I say Fair-Friday.Au revoir, Adios, Hasta pronto!
