I heard on the radio the other day that two women had actually married their stalkers and I began to wonder what their definitions were of "stalker". Could it have really been just plain old fashioned "pursuit"? I just think there's a fine line between the two and we use it loosely. Maybe we should take a closer look at what we mean by stalking someone. That word makes me a little uncomfortable. Back in the day men were taught to pursue a woman and the woman was taught to play hard to get, now we have labels and he might be considered a stalker, not a guy in hot pursuit of a girls affections.
Anybody out there? Tell me what you think...

You know it is a stalker when you are AFRAID...You know you are being pursued when you LIKE it. Furthermore, if he INVADES your space it is stalking, but if you enjoy him being around, then it is PURSUIT.

I totally agree with you,but for those who loosely use terms I can see that it's not always clearly defined.
Everyone should be as bright as you.
