Friday Again

I am thrilled to be able to blog this morning on this great day that I admire so much. It's often my saving grace after a challenging week of work. Being confronted with deaths by natural causes as well as those caused by the deceased better know as suicide. The last 4weeks has presented many feelings I don't know exactly where to place. I pray for families who have lost their loved ones especially by suicide...so untimely when they have so much life to live , leaving their loved ones to grieve.
Looking forward to a less exhausting weekend. Until later!

In my mind were many blogs to be written, somehow they never made it to paper. As my pastor says"you can't just think your thanks", well, you can't just think your thoughts and never write them down if you're a writer, right? So, here's a bit of what I thought on Thursday and Friday.
On Thursday my thought was"it's Friday Eve and I couldn't be more excited about Friday's soon arrival, it's always the appetizer before the full meal known as Friday!
On Friday, I was disappointed I had not blogged on Thursday...WHAT? Should I vow to never let this happen again or should I be easy breezy and vow to  just do better? The latter sounds better.

This One's for You my dear friend. This week was rather long and arduous, lots of remodeling going on at my job. Even though it's exciting, it's not without a price...the paint smell...oh my goodness, it's one of the things I literally don't like to smell. Can't wait until it's finished.
Through all this, you were the highlight of each day approaching the weekend, knowing you would come made me heart glad.  I'm so happy you showed up!

Friday Eve...

I feel a Friday coming on.
 Let me just get a glimpse of the weekend and fun ahead for me and mine!
Friday will get all dressed up and smelling good...steal my heart dear Friday and romance me through the weekend. I need that! And stay as long as you like.
I keep begging you to stay, but you manage to convince me that it will be ok and you always come back...on that I can depend.

FRIDAY

My favorite day is upon us and oh how I've waited for you. Today you're dressed up and smelling good reminding me of a very special day, Easter, the day we celebrate our Risen Savior Jesus Christ.
What a beautiful day you turned out to be, even though I've stayed in most of it and didn't have to work...at least not outside of home, I've been blessed to spend the day with loved ones in person and technologically...we can do just about everything from home these days, right?(😊😊).
I know at the close of the day I'll long for you once more, but this Friday will be extra special before Easter for He is Risen...no wonder they call you "Good Friday".
