When I say "too much", I truly mean "too much". This has been a trying year for me and I am gaining strength somehow to get up each day and make the very best of life regardless of the circumstances. It's been a little less than a year since my beloved mom left this world to enter her eternal home. My sister in love passed away after a battle with liver cancer on Wednesday June 13 quite unexpectedly...no one knew the extent of her health issues. After many tests, and no results to help her recover, it progressively got worse and ultimately led to her demise. All this, after losing my dear friend Vicky only 3 weeks prior. Just when I thought it was "healing hearts" time, one of my best friends calls to inform me that his spouse had just passed. Needless to say, this has been more death than I need to hear about...looking for a new season and praying against cancer and all these illnesses that are running rampant, killing those who have so much more life to give, leaving way before their time.
NO MORE GRIEF! CELEBRATE LIFE! LIVE LONG! BE HEALED IN JESUS NAME!
It's time to wake up people, take authority over the enemy and get our health in order. Let's start by changing what we eat and move that body---get some exercise, laugh, love, share and when you're there, be ALL there.
Until later...

Lord, my life is in your hands
There are days and there are DAYS...today I'm having a day. Can anyone relate? It's Thursday and only one more work day left this week so let me adjust my thinking once more and get it together, prioritize, organize, and recognize who holds the key and unlocks the door to my future.
I love being alive and well! My family is blessed and in perfect health. We are financially secure...blessings overtake me because I'm a "Favor Magnet", are you?
Until next time...

WOW! Where do I even start? Since my last post so much has transpired---some good, some painful.
At this particular time, the only focus I have is my friend,Vicky who passed Tuesday after quite a long battle with liver cancer which is an awful disease no human should have to suffer with. Watching her decline from Christmas 2011 until my last visit with her last Saturday was horrific...never have I experienced death of a friend in this manner. I saw her go from Hospital to Hospice.
Just last year this time, my mom was in a battle for her life, chained (not literally)to a bed at Munroe Hospital, suffering a little more every day at the hands of the competent and the incompetent . There's always good with the bad and sometimes the good can't fix what the bad messed up....at least in this life on this earth, because God ultimately has the last say for the place we end up on Graduation Day. This too shall pass...
Anyway, sleep on my dear friend Vicky, R.I.P. You were greatly loved and appreciated and I know you felt that love during your illness.

Forgotten Friday
Guess I didn't get around to posting on last Friday---for that I sincerely apologize, just never got around to it. Busy is a good word..."too busy" are two words that should not be used together, agreed?
Life is good!
Last week I had some mental challenges that I had to overcome to get to the next level and enable me to function better this week. Boy am I happy to be born into the family of Jesus Christ. Enough said!
Until next time...

Hump Day
Well, once again we've been blessed enough to get to mid-week and doing fine...can't ask for better than that. God is good!
So many troubling events are crowding our minds and our hearts lately----the Trayvon Martin killing and the missing Black men both arrested by this very disturbed white cop in Naples. I ask you, "What price is a Black man's life worth?" Not much, it seems. Do people not see killing a person you pursued as murder? Hunting an animal down and killing it would not be viewed as self defense, but it would be OK just as Trayvon being gunned down is OK. I assume Trayvon is categorized as being an animal because I don't see any difference in the way the situation is being treated.
We must draw closer to God as we see the time approaching. It is winding up and we must prepare in these "last days".
Get Ready, dress yourselves, put your armor on

Good Friday
I know I neglected to post on Good Friday, but it was good so I had things on my mind, getting ready for a huge weekend at church. However, on Friday we had a Good Friday telecast to watch from our church website which was heart warming, informative and spirit filling...made being off on Friday even better...not just a day off from work.
Easter is not just a day filled with eggs, candy, and bunnies, but Resurrection Sunday---the day Jesus rose from the dead for us to have life, how great is that? Sends shivers to me bones!!!
I enjoyed being off so much on Friday, I'm thinking of doing again soon...maybe every Friday...ummmm, just a thought. Can someone help a sister pay some bills?
Until next time...
